Release Date: 28th Feb 2008Immediately attractive and touch-friendly, the Tiny Rockers series, which includes this 'Boat' version are simply gorgeous little books specially designed with little hands in mind.
Looks alone don’t make a book though, and thankfully there is much more to this series than anticipated. Not only do you get repetitious words like “tractor” and “Go, tractor, Go”, but the illustrations work in perfect harmony to help get the meaning across to your little ones.
The interactive use of sliding images and different textiles will help get younger children interested in books, and also help retain the attention of the older child just starting to learn to read.
Bright, colourful and exactly what a parent looks for when either introducing their child to books for the first time, or helping their child learn to read. The beauty of this series is that these are not throwaway books after six months – you will get plenty of use out of them for several years, which makes them extraordinarily good value.
